5). You agree that you will not solicit, collect or use the login credentials of other ESTUE users.

7). You are solely responsible for your conduct and any text, information, images, video clips, links and other content or materials (collectively, “Content”) that you submit, post or display on or via the Service.
8). You must not interfere or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, including by transmitting any worms, viruses, spyware, malware or any other code of a destructive or disruptive nature. You may not inject content or code or otherwise alter or interfere with the way any ESTUE page is rendered or displayed in a user’s browser or device.
9). You understand and agree that ESTUE will not be responsible for any content posted by you or any third party.
3. Patents and Copyright
1). All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of ESTUE.com or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
2). The use of any ESTUE.com trademark or service mark without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.
4. Order Acceptance
1). Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. ESTUE.com reserves the right, at sole discretion, to cancel any order for any reason.
2). We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
3). Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
5. Arbitration
Where the parties fail to settle dispute within 30 days after such dispute occurs, they agree to submit such dispute to Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (the “HKIAC”) for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the commission’s arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral awards are final and binding upon both parties.
